If you feel there is an eminent threat, please call 911 immediately. If you witnessed or experienced something you would like to report anonymously, please feel comfortable in using this form. The NISD Tip Line allows you to report sensitive information to school officials regarding bullying, violence, drug use, or other situations that concern you. These reports are submitted to school district officials and will be shared with local officials, if necessary. All reports are anonymous unless you are signed in as a registered user to the Northwest ISD web site.
